Monsters Band’s games Privacy Policy

1. Introduction: The Monsters Band’s games/application (“The App”) and related content and services (“The Services”) are intended for use by the whole family including young kids with parental involvement and supervision. Besides providing fun and learning experiences, we at The App are very concerned with protecting personal and family privacy, as well as any personal data or information that we may collect from our users (“Users”). In order to inform our Users about the types of information we gather, how we use and share such information and which rights our Users have to access, amend and control the information have, we have developed this Privacy Policy. It is highly advisable to read it before accessing the App or the Services.
2. Acceptance: This Privacy Policy is part of the terms of use of our App and related Services. Users in the family with sufficient capacity to agree to the Privacy Policy according to the laws of its jurisdiction shall accept it on behalf of their kids. If the User, on her own or on behalf of her children, wishes not to be bound by this Privacy Policy shall refrain from downloading the App or accessing the Services.
3. Types of data that we collect: For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means personally identifiable information that specifically identifies a User as an individual, as it is defined in the Spanish Organic Act 15/1999, December 13th, on Data Protection. The Personal Data that we may collect, process and use may include, but are not limited to the User’s name, age, gender, nick name, ID names established to access the App or Services, e-mail address, pictures or other images, including avatar images. We may gather such Personal Data from Users from various sources as, for instance: (i) when a User requests technical support to The App (iii) when Users subscribe to newsletters, alerts or to any other related Services; (iii) when Users contribute content to the App or Services; (iv) when Users participate in blogs, forum, communities or other Services that we may establish in the future; or (iv) when Users voluntarily inform us about their Personal Data via email, phone or otherwise. We have duly informed the Spanish Data Protection Agency about our data files, the types of data that we collect and the purposes of our use of the data.
   The App may use analytical software and other tools to automatically collect and use certain data including, but not limited to: (i) device properties, including, but not limited to IP address, (ii) device software platform and firmware; (iii) mobile phone carrier; (iv) game progress, time used playing, score and achievements; (v) other non-personal data as reasonably required by The App to enhance our Apps and Services; in this case The App use Google Analytics.
4. Use and sharing of Personal Data: we are not going to disclose your Personal Data to any third party. However, you agree that from time to time we (i) may disclose your Personal Data to our parent company as well as other affiliate companies in our group, in accordance with applicable legislation; (ii) may disclose your Personal Data to our contractors for purposes of analyzing the use of our App and Services, to improve our products or to develop new Apps and Services; (iii) may disclose your Personal Data for purposes of processing information on our behalf to third party service providers such as payments and credit card processors, e-mail service providers, or shipping agents. These third party service providers will always be instructed by The App to comply with this Privacy Policy and to use your Personal Data only for the purposes that you agreed by accepting this Privacy Policy; (iv) may disclose your Personal Data to third parties as required by law enforcement or other government officials in connection with copyright infringements, fraud or other criminal investigations, or any other activity that may be illegal in the jurisdiction.
5. In-App Linking: We may from time to time provide external links or otherwise allow Users to access our Website, Services or other Apps, as well as third party products or services, such as the App Store you purchased from. We are not responsible for the actions of such third parties, the content of their products or services, the use of information a User provides to them, or any products or services they may offer. When providing such links we try to ensure safeguards against children clicking these links by requiring a special two-finger slide or a special hold, or any other technical safeguard we may develop in the future.
6. Advertising: The App does not contain any third party advertising. However, we may from time to time promote other apps and services within the The App. As with other links, when doing this, we try to ensure safeguards against children clicking these links by requiring a special two-finger slide or a special hold.
7. Non-liability for third party content: Users access to third party applications, websites, services or contents, including but not limited to application stores, mobile software platforms, on-line gaming platforms, social networking services and payment providers, may be subject to specific terms and conditions and privacy policies established by such third parties. Please read them in advance. The App shall not be liable for any such third party terms and conditions and the gathering or use of your Personal Data.
8. Data Security: The App follows generally accepted industry standards to maintain and guarantee the security, integrity and privacy of the collected Personal Data. In particular, following rules established in the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, on Data Protection Regulations, we stored your Personal Data in protected systems that prevent unauthorized or illegal access to information.
9. Effective Date: The App reserves the right, at its full and complete discretion and without prior notice, to change, modify, amend, add, subtract, or otherwise remove portions of its Privacy Policy at any time and for any or no reason. These amendments will apply to any use of the App or Services from the date of posting forward the new Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the App or the related Services after the new version of the Privacy Policy is posted will constitute acceptance of the included amendments.
10. Further information and user rights: Users have rights to access, review, update, correct or cancel any Personal Data in our possession. Users may at any time revoke consent to our use and processing of their data but acknowledge that revocation shall not have retroactive effects. Users should contact us at:
